Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between emailticking.com (“the Site,” “we,” “us”) and you (“you,” “user”) for our temp-email / activation-code service (“the Service”). It works together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If something conflicts, this Agreement wins for delivery, refunds, and disclaimers; everything else follows the Terms of Use. Using the Service means you’ve read and agree to this Agreement.

1) What you get

If you’re signed in with enough balance, you can:

  • Enter or pick a target site, then see available domains, prices, and stock;
  • Buy a temp email and poll on the Site for codes and full message bodies;
  • Cancel or reorder when the rules allow;
  • View email order history in Account; top up from the top-up flow; use the open API (ApiKey) to buy, poll, and cancel.

Main path: sign up / log in → top up → pick site/domain & pay from balance → poll for code → done or cancel.

2) How it works

  1. Pick a site & check price — after you choose a target site, we show available domains, USD prices, and stock hints (checkout result wins).
  2. Order & charge — we check login and balance, deduct the price, create the order, then ask upstream for a temp inbox. Success → we write back the address. Failure → we roll back / refund that charge.
  3. Wait for the code — we poll order status. When a code arrives we show it and optionally the full email. While waiting, you can cancel under the rules.
  4. Finish — once a code lands, the order is complete and not refundable. If it times out with no code, we may auto-cancel and credit balance per the rules.

3) Rights & duties

3.1 Your rights

  • Buy temp emails at the listed price, copy the address, and view codes and message bodies;
  • Cancel while waiting with no code yet and get the charge back to balance;
  • View your own email orders and top-ups, and manage your ApiKey;
  • Ask us to review suspected double charges or missing credit.

3.2 Your duties

  • Use the Service lawfully — no fraud, harassment, spam, bypassing security, mass account farming, etc.;
  • Don’t use it for government, banking, payments, or other flows that require a real mailbox; those risks are yours;
  • Understand that temp emails may be recycled, and getting a code depends on the target site sending mail and upstream receiving it;
  • Respect API rate limits and fraud controls — no spammy volume or attempts to disrupt the Service.

3.3 Our rights

  • Set and change prices, available sites/domains, order lifetime, polling strategy, and fraud rules;
  • Rate-limit, pause, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service;
  • Pause or limit features during maintenance, upstream outages, or security incidents.

3.4 Our duties

  • Under normal operations, work to complete orders, poll for codes, and process eligible cancel/refunds;
  • Keep reasonable records of balances, order status, and necessary logs for reconciliation and support;
  • Handle personal and order data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4) Billing, lifetime & refunds

  • When we charge — at order time, from balance. Listed prices can move with upstream cost, FX, and stock.
  • Order lifetime — how long you wait for a code follows the on-page notice (usually ~20 minutes). No code yet? You can cancel. After timeout we may auto-cancel.
  • Refundable — only while waiting and we haven’t received a code locally: your cancel or our timeout cancel credits the sell price back to balance.
  • Not refundable — once a code arrived or the order completed. If the target site never sent mail, blocked you, or rejected the address — causes outside our control — we don’t add extra compensation beyond the normal timeout cancel/refund flow.
  • Top-ups — unless the law requires otherwise, top-ups usually aren’t refundable to the original payment method. Minimum amount is shown on the page.

5) Open API

If you call the open API with an ApiKey (balance, domains, buy email, get code, cancel), billing matches the web flow. Follow rate limits and security requirements. Losses from a leaked ApiKey are yours; we may disable a key if we see abuse.

6) Disclaimers (important)

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you understand and agree that:

  • The Service is “as is” and “as available” — no promise of uninterrupted, error-free service, or any particular success rate or delivery time;
  • Codes come from polling, not guaranteed real-time push; upstream limits or short outages can delay lookups;
  • We’re not responsible for whether the target site sends mail, what’s in the mail, whether activation works, or whether an account gets banned;
  • Stock and prices can change instantly; if an order fails we refund that charge, but we don’t guarantee constant stock or prices;
  • We’re not liable for losses from force majeure, network failures, third-party outages, or your own device/user error;
  • Our liability for indirect or consequential loss is capped at the fees you actually paid for the orders in dispute (unless the law says otherwise).

7) Violations

If you break this Agreement or the Terms of Use, we may stop the Service, limit features, or ban the account right away, and — where the law allows — keep related balance. If something looks illegal, we may report it and cooperate with authorities.

8) Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates take effect when posted here. Keep using the Service and you’re accepting the new version.
